Most photo booths are entertainment. This one is a marketing channel.

An entertainment line item gets cut first. A channel that produces branded impressions, opt in contact data, and content your team can actually use gets defended. Every activation we run is built to be the second thing.

Your logo travels home in a guest's pocket and onto their phone. Their answers to your questions land in your CRM before the event breaks down. You leave with proof the spend worked, not just a good feeling about the night.

Five activations built for brands.

Each one is designed around your campaign, not dropped in with a logo stuck on top.

Highest engagement

AI photo booth

Guests step in and walk away as a custom AI portrait styled to your campaign. It is the activation people post without being asked, and the one that pulls attendees across a trade show floor to find out what the line is for. We build the prompt styles around your creative direction and lock them in before event day.

Trading card experience

Every guest becomes a collectible card carrying your branding on both sides. Attendees compare them, trade them, and keep them in a badge holder for the rest of the show. It turns your booth into the thing people are still talking about in the hallway, and it gives your sales team a natural reason to start a conversation.

360 video booth

Slow motion video branded end to end and delivered to a guest's phone within seconds. Product launches and sponsor activations get the most out of this one because the output is vertical, short, and already formatted for the platforms your audience is on.

Portrait Studio

Professional headshots delivered on site. Conference and association audiences line up for this one because it saves them a task they have been putting off, which makes it the easiest activation to justify when the goal is attendee satisfaction rather than lead volume. Retouched and delivered the same day.

Keychain and magnet favors

Every other activation produces something that gets posted and forgotten. These go home and stay there. Keychains are double sided, so the guest's photo sits on the front and your artwork gets the entire back panel to itself. It rides on their keys or clips to a badge lanyard for the rest of a trade show, flipping between the two all day. Magnet frames put the branded strip on a refrigerator where a whole household sees it daily. If you are measuring cost per impression rather than cost per guest, this is the activation that wins.

Data that justifies the spend.

This is where a photo booth stops being a rental. Our software captures more than an email, and it captures it while your guest is standing in front of you and fully engaged.

Contact capture

Name, email, and phone collected at the booth with a visible opt in checkbox. No pre checked boxes, no harvested data, nothing your legal team has to unwind later.

Custom questionnaires

Two or three questions on the screen between the photo and the print. Booth surveys clear response rates that post event emails never reach, because nobody is waiting on an email.

Clean delivery

Every answer tied to a contact and delivered as a formatted export within 24 hours, or pushed straight into your CRM. No cleanup on your end before it is usable.

Questions worth asking while they are standing there

  • What brought you to the conference today?
  • What are you most looking forward to?
  • What would make this event worth returning to?
  • What’s been your favorite activation or experience here?
  • What will you take away from today?

We cap it at three questions, multiple choice, no open text. Anything longer creates a line and costs you the experience you hired us for. We will tell you that before you book, not after.

How a booking runs.

Four steps, and only one of them needs anything from your team.

One

Scope the goal

A short call to work out whether you are after lead volume, social reach, attendee satisfaction, or all three. The activation gets chosen from there.

Two

Design and approve

We build the overlay, the screen branding, and the questionnaire, then send it for your sign off. Nothing goes live without your approval in writing.

Three

Run the event

We load in, run the activation with an attendant on site for the full duration, and break down. Your team does not touch it.

Four

Hand off the data

Contacts, questionnaire answers, engagement counts, and the full branded gallery delivered within 24 hours.

We are actually here.

A lot of the companies bidding on your Tampa event are driving over from Orlando or Miami and pricing travel into your quote. We are based in the Tampa Bay area, which means load in times we can promise and a same day fix if something goes sideways.

Convention centers, hotel ballrooms, corporate campuses, warehouse and loft venues, and trade show floors. We are a preferred vendor at venues in the area, which means the building already knows us and load in is one less thing on your run sheet. We handle the venue paperwork directly.

Questions procurement always asks.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes, for any venue, and at no extra charge. Send us the venue's requirements and the certificate holder details and we will have it issued and sent directly to the venue. Most venues in the Tampa Bay area want it two to four weeks out, so the earlier you loop us in the smoother it goes.

How does the lead data get to us, and is it compliant?

Every capture runs through a visible opt in the guest has to check themselves. We do not use pre checked boxes and we name your company as the party receiving the data on the consent screen. You receive a formatted export within 24 hours, or we push it directly into your CRM. If your legal team wants to review the opt in language before the event, we will send it over during the approval step.

What does a corporate activation cost?

Pricing depends on the activation type, the run time, how much custom design the campaign needs, and whether you want data capture and reporting included. Corporate activations are priced above a standard event rental because they include custom creative, questionnaire setup, on site staffing, and post event delivery. Send us your brief and we will come back with a real number rather than a range that moves later.

How much space and power do you need?

Most setups run comfortably in a ten by ten footprint with one standard outlet. The 360 booth wants a little more clearance for safety and for the camera arm. If you are working within a trade show booth allocation, send us your floor plan and we will tell you what fits before you commit.

Can you white label the experience for an agency client?

Yes. Agencies book us regularly and the entire guest facing experience can carry your client's branding with no mention of us anywhere. Sponsor logos can sit on the welcome screen, the overlay, and the delivery email.

How far in advance should we book?

Four to six weeks gives us room to build custom creative and get the COI issued without rushing. We do take shorter timelines when the calendar allows, so it is always worth asking. Spring and fall conference season in Tampa Bay fills up first.

Do you handle events outside Tampa Bay?

Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, and Lakeland are all regular territory. Orlando and further afield are quoted case by case with travel included up front so there are no surprises on the invoice.

What event owners say afterward.

“Reduced a barrier to connecting.”

Andrea booked us for her conference and said the thing we most want to hear. Attendees stopped circling the room with a phone out looking for someone to take a group shot. The booth gave them a reason to walk up to each other, which is the entire point of putting people in a room together.

“Their booth looks great, runs smoothly, and guests absolutely love it.”

Written by the venue, not the client. La Salle Event Room has hosted us repeatedly and called the team easy to work with. Venues see every vendor in this market and they are the hardest audience to impress.
